A: No, cuz the energy power is electricity, so it will be better to be put indoors. 

Q2. Can I put both logs and crystals together? 

A: Both logs and stones are included, you can decorate your own style. You can also give us your ideas during order. 

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For sample or small quantity orders, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 days to arrive. For container orders, always ship by sea, the time of transit depends on your destination.

Q6. How to proceed with an order?

A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.

Q7. How to deal with defective?

A: First, All of our products are produced strictly under quality control and hold a defective rate of less than 0.3%.

Second, we will provide 1% key component spare parts for each order.

At the same time, for batch quantity defectives. We can repair them or we can discuss the best solution for you. Whatever, we will bear for all of the repair cost.
