Q1. Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. You will need to pay for the sample cost and delivery cost, the sample cost could be refunded after official order.

Q2. Do you have any MOQ requirement?

A: It depends on the model you selected. Some models could accept very small MOQ, some models might not.

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends your destination.

Q4. But should you leave an electric fireplace outdoors?
A: Best not. Electric fireplaces are meant for indoor usage. If you plan on using an electric fireplace for an extended period of time outside, ensure that the fireplace is waterproof and verified for outdoor usage.

Q5. Do you accept customized design?

A: Customized design is always welcome. Just send us your idea or provide us the drawing for further communication.

Q6. How to proceed an order?

A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.

Q7. Does an electric fireplace need ventilation? 

A: It is always a good idea to leave a small amount of space next to your electric fireplace.
Other than this, an electric fireplace will not require as much ventilation as forms of heating that produce emissions – like fuel or fire. Since nothing burns to produce heat, electric fireplaces are safe and don’t need pipes, exhausts or chimneys.
