Q1. Can you mount an electric fireplace to the wall?

A: Wall mounted electric fireplace can be simply hung on pretty much any wall, just like a flat-screen TV or a picture. Most wall-mounted electric fireplaces come with brackets and hardware needed for installation.

Q2. Can you drywall around an electric fireplace?

A:Never mount a wall fireplace to drywall! Make sure that you have an electric outlet located close by and beneath the unit. You want the electrical outlet to be below the fireplace because the rising warm air will blow into your outlet. When possible, replace nearby outlets with non-flammable coverings.

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For sample or small quantity order, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or your appointed shipping agent. It normally takes 5-10 days to arrive. For container order, always ship by sea, time of transit depends your destination.

A: We will send you the quotation for your selected models or according to your requirement. Once you confirm the quotation and issue the order, we will send you the PI for confirmation. The production will be arranged right after the deposit payment as per the payment term in PI.

Q7. How to deal with defective?

A: First, All of our products are produced strictly under quality controland hold the defective rate less than 0.3%.

Second, we will provide 1% key component spare parts for eachorder.

     At the same time, for batch quantity defectives. We can repair forthem or we can discuss the best solution to you. Whatever, we willbear for all of the repair cost.
